Bill, passed away peacefully, after a prolonged illness, on July 3, 2002 at Nanaimo Regional Hospital at the age of 94. Mr. Bellis lately of Courtenay, formerly of Mission, B.C. and Yellowknife N.W.T was the son of the late Edward and Hannah,Bellis of Lancaster, ON. He is predeceased by two wives: Josephine Driscoll and Dolores Gala; four sisters: Mabel Macintosh, Alice Bellis, Mary Gougeon and Amy Ley; and one brother, Robert. He is survived
by one sister, Dorothy Seguin, of Lancaster, ON; a brother-in-law, Eric Ley of Summerstown, ON; fourteen nieces and twelve nephews, including Keith Se-
guin of Courtenay and Dennis Driscoll of Nanoose. Bill enjoyed varying careers during his life time as a merchant mariner, machinist, diamond driller, prospector and contractor. He will be sadly missed by all. The family would like to thank all those who cared for and assisted Bill in recent years, including the doctors and nurses at St. Joseph's and Nanaimo Regional Hospitals and in particular, his friends Al and Donna Vix who gave him much help. Funeral arrangements are by Cremation Interment will be at Mission, B.C. A Memorial Service will be held at Mt. Washington Funeral Chapel, 440 England Ave., Courtenay, on Wed., July 3 1, 2002, at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Fund would be appreciated.

Bill Alexander, Bill Buick on Saturday November 27,
1999 at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital, died as a
result of a tragic car accident. Bill was 47 years old an
was born in Belfast, N. Ireland, February 18, 1952. Bill
grew up in Cornwall where he attended C.C.V.S. High
School and St. Lawrence College. Bill was a
cherished Love, Soul mate and Life long companion
of Muriel (Lough) Buick. He also leaves his dear
children, who adored and loved him dearly. His
daughter Kelly Buick and his son Jason Buick (Lori)
of Hamilton. Bill, Muriel and family have been residing
in the Perth & Smiths Falls Area for the last 12 years.
Bill was the beloved son of Joan Buick and the late
Stanley Buick of Cornwall. Bill was much loved by his
sister Betty Buick-Cameron (Edward) of Lunenburg.
He was the dear brother-in-law to Allen Lough of
Cornwall, Margaret Lough (Gordon) of Cornwall,
Carol and David Wendt of Georgetown, Bernice
Lough (Bruce) of Cornwall and Catherine and Rolland
Lough-Li of Calgary, and the son-in-law to Howard
Lough and the late Margaret (Peggy) Lough. He will

Forrest Porter and one sister Willemina Porter-George. Sadly

age ninety-four years. Predeceased by his wife Elizabeth; his
daughter Betty Ann Taylor, and by his parents Anna and Dan
Bobka; his three sisters and friend Evelyn Ethier. Mr. Bobka is
survived by his sons Dan (Judy) of Cornwall; and Terry of Virginia
Beach, V.A.; daughter Jean Harpur (Greg) of Cornwall; and son in
law David Taylor of Ajax. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Teri
Lynn, Julie, Michelle, Brent, Bethany, Sarah, Matthew, Malcolm, and
Andrew; and five great-grandchildren and two step

Clark) of Rochester, New York, and his
