This present work is over 100 megs & the family notes folder [containing photos, family info files, etc. is over 667 megs. Total over 767 megs
Many of the names have either a birth or death date or both. Names are easy to get into this file. Filling in the gaps with seemingly proper documentation takes longer. Some duplication has been eliminated from version 3, some glitches corrected. Many entries now have either a baptism, marriage or death record from the local churches. Some may have all three references. Also some obituary & wills etc.
This version 3 has more than 5,600 new entries with much documentation of baptisms, marriages, deaths information. I do not claim to be either right or wrong with the contents of this work. The names of the children listed have parents with names as shown and are essentially correct. This does not mean that the names of the parents are the correct people for those names for the children listed. This is ESPECIALLY true when there are more than 1 couple in the area with the same christian & surname EX; John MacDonell/ald married to a Catherine MacDonell/ald Please note in this MacDonalds of Loupe Name index I have put MacDonald MacDonell under MAC. All other MACS are under MC. In either case regardless of whether the spelling of the name was MAC or MC
Anywhere there is a [ ca ] with a year means that, that year is a rough approximate of the time period when the person lived. Thus all [ca] references require more specific clarification These [ ca ] references are always subject to change or float until more accurate dates are found. It is hope that this method will assist people searching in cutting down confusion with the many similar names.
